Been using Voria for almost 2 months now. The AI Agent alone saved me a crazy amount of time, but what really got me was the organization. Seeing tickets with all the order info right there, proper reports where I can actually track what's going on in the backend, macros to reply faster, labels to keep everything categorized, and the team workflow is clean too. Before this I was just switching tabs constantly trying to piece everything together.
