Stay Away – This App and Team Ruined Our Business We had a terrible experience with the CedCommerce Walmart integration and their ad management service. We trusted them to handle our Walmart ads for 3 months, and it was one of the worst business decisions we’ve ever made. We lost over $10,000 due to their careless and unprofessional handling. They promised clear revenue and ROAS targets at the start, but didn’t even come close. There was no campaign optimization, no strategy, and they just spent our ad budget without any accountability. We had to constantly chase them for basic reports, which were always late or completely unhelpful. What’s most frustrating is their attitude. The team – Neha, Abdul, and Kushagra – showed zero work ethic. They refused to accept any responsibility for the failure and kept giving excuses that made no sense. All they seemed to care about was getting paid at the end of each month. This app is not only ineffective, it’s dangerous for any serious business. Do not trust CedCommerce with your advertising or your store. Their poor service and lack of professionalism can destroy your growth and drain your budget. We’re extremely disappointed and frustrated. Avoid this app at all costs.

App devs try to upsell rather than fix your main problems. We were constantly going back and forth with the support, and most of the time, they make you a ticket and then close it without providing a resolution, which makes you have to contact support again. We constantly had issues with this app.

The review below is our real experience with CED and their support. We paid them $700 to create the product listings for us, and they promised a 7-day turnaround. We gave them 28 days and the listings were still not correct. Every time they contacted us and said they were done, the listings had obvious errors that they would have noticed if they bothered to look at them. They promised a refund of the service if they could not complete the task, so we asked for the refund. They apologized and assured us they could fix the problems if we gave them one more week, so we did. Ten days later, the problems still weren't fixed so we again asked for the refund. They continued to try to stall and ask for more time. It has now been 3 more weeks and still no refund. They no longer respond to our emails and have completely ghosted us. We will no longer use their apps or recommend them.

CedCommerce does not sync inventory properly in addition to other persistent issues that have resulted in a hit to seller performance. The primary function of any sales channel manager is to sync inventory between platforms. Inventory discrepancies are a daily occurrence, leading to overselling on eBay. After contacting support on several occasions with no success we are moving on. While support has quick response it does appear there is NO tech support only customer service.

If I could give this app no stars I would. I have spent the last month in chats getting no where. Support is none existent and all they do is put in tickets for which you never hear about again. Not one thing has been resolved. I showed in the app I was getting 60 day free trial but in my shopify it said 12/1 I would be charged. I chatted and was told that what it showed in the app which was 1/1/24 was correct and I wouldn't be charged because they had to send that over and they wouldn't. Well I was charged today. and they will make a ticket. Wow! Those tickets that you never hear about again are just to get you out of chat. The chat support can't actually do anything except make tickets that you never hear from again. This has to be the worst app I've ever tried.

No longer works with Etsy's new API and customer service is non-existent. I am filing a claim now with my credit card company.

YOUR COMPANY IS FOS AND A BUNCH OF THIEVES. You want poor customer support that you cant understand because they are Indian and dont give 2 craps about you then sign up. I hope your company goes under. WASTED MY HARD EARNED MONEY ON TIME ON YOU THIEVES!!!!!!!!!!

They are a big scam. Do not believe any of the review on this page. This company will literally make you pay for the entire year about $400 and simply run away. They have zero support. I could not get any help for only one issue (pricing padding) and got runaround for three months. I would say stay away. I also lost money because the app did not do pricing correctly. I padded a percentage above our normal price to cover shipping which never worked and got zero help.

This is the worst app I have ever come across, do NOT use it, I upgraded to have them optimize my Walmart listings and I'm in my second month and still no delivery, they keep promising and still nothing, I'm surprised Shopify allows them to stay on here, it is the worst.

I've completed initial set ups and uploaded my inventory via CED app. However, none of my products are live at Walmart even after 24 hours. I understand why some products are not published/live (zero quantity, price non-competitive etc) but not why none. When I asked for help via Chat, the the CED agent told me to contact Walmart support, not realizing that contacting Walmart Seller Support is a nightmare. There is no phone number listed under Seller Help and chat option will be available only after you have picked one of the pre-listed categories. For instance, my issue is "errors" with inventory but this is not an option that will lead to chat support. I'm still clueless as to what's it I'm not doing right. Very frustrating! Updated 4/2/24

All these reviews must be fake. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They sell you the app with a lie that you can revise and organize your listings on their console. Just after I checked out I was told I cannot do that. Since then I have been asking to cancel the subscription. They wanted me to pay for additional development that they need to do for their app. When I told them this is unethical I was told they mistyped their message. They say they have 24/7 support but I got messages like "It is midnight here. It is a holiday here" It has been a month they didn't resolve my problem. They keep asking for the same data over and over again with the promise to resolve my issue in 2-3 days. I asked for a full refund since I couldn't use the app at all. Additionally, they broke my correct listings and now I have to pay again for the feed. They do their best not to issue a refund. I will open a claim by calling my bank and another claim on Shopify. They do their best to rip you off.

These are the worst kinds of people for your business. This is my final straw and I kept holding back. There's several issues with these people: Extremely greedy: Despite being a long time customer, they will charge you extra for DRAFT products on your Shopify store. Not even for what you're selling on Walmart. This was sneaky and uncalled for. Terrible customer service: They don't read prior conversations, you can't follow up with them. And their manager tried to trick us into purchasing a a year plan that made absolutely no sense for our business. You would think that a decent person would give you a discount if you paid upfront - the time value of money. The price stinks: For the reasons stated above. And the fact that there's a free shopify walmart integration app on the app store. Besides that we were still willing to stay with these guys just because I had mistakenly thought they were decent people. This is a large business that can give a damn about it's customers. Don't feel bad about removing this app and using something cheaper. Good luck everyone.

Last update: I migrated my Walmart account to the "shipping templates" feature, as requested by Walmart, and it broke. Value shipping, which was removed before, was added back in. I tried fixing it. I emailed the company. They ignored it. I emailed again. No answer. I opened an official work ticket. Nothing happened for days. I cancelled my account and am using a cheaper app that does what they say. I doesn't help that they are headquartered halfway around the world and they are working their day hours, not our day hours, so I don't get a response, if any, until 12 hours later. Update: They company increased the limit and gave me 30 days. I have enough sales from Wal-Mart to justify the cost for the past month. I can't give them five stars because the cost is high for what it is (shopify monthly cost alone is barely more than this app), and it isn't perfect. It does what it says and I can't complain about competency. Old: Only allowed uploading of 30 SKUs for a week trial. Either give me a free subscription with limited SKUs or give me a week trial with unlimited SKUs. Hamstringing me both ways is somehow supposed to prove your concept? The idea is that you let me set my stuff with your system and see how successful it is and if it's successful, I continue to pay. That's the plan, right? How successful do you think I'm going to be with only 6 days and 30 SKUs? I just went around you and installed the Wal-mart app directly. It's not as efficient, but at least all of my SKUs can get online. And a $50/m app to make the free one more efficient isn't going to cut it. The Amazon app is free and it works pretty well. In fact, all the marketplace apps work pretty well for $0.

I used this app. It looks great at the beginning, but it takes several attempts to get your products published on Walmart. After my trial period I received a call from sales rep and was offered a big discount in order to opt-in for yearly plan, but never mentioned about non-refundable policy to us. I been trying to request for refund which was refused in every possible way. Please do not become too fascinated by the discount offered and try using the app for at least 3-4 months because you will never receive any refund from these guys and read terms and condition before opting in as the sales rep will never tell you about non-refundable policy. We made a mistake of trusting the representative and lost almost $300 to these people. Cannot be associated with such an organization. I have to give 1 star other wise they do not deserve any stars
Hi Tejas, I apologize for the inconvenience caused but we can't offer you a refund because you do not wish to sell on Walmart anymore and you clearly state that you do not have any problem with the app. The app is not responsible for your sales as it totally depends on your products and the information you provide with your products. Also, we have terms and conditions in the beginning when you install the app. The moto behind offering discounts is that the seller can get the services at a cost they can easily afford.

We thought it was a good app, but result that this is bot a fully developed app, it should be in stage "Beta" without any cost, it is a pain in the ..... imagine, everything has to be manually done by their team, which only response what they want and since they are located far away from USA, it is hard to chat with them. This platform doesn't work at all! i would never recommend it; besides, they charged me full year and they are making very hart to receive my refund.... we had products out of sock that presents salesss, that is how bad this app works... shopify should take them out of the app store

Horrible APP, I was going to use this for walmart integration only and now the are requiring us to use all other integrations? The woman Nidhi Rajput even tried to say walmart required it, total farce!!!! Unless you are VERY experienced with product feeds and associated issues, this is not for you. When our feeds actually published, the mapping was a mess and nearly all lines items would have had to be manually entered on the Walmart site, had we not pulled the plug after testing a few products. Also, once published, we were unable to make any changes. Just an awful experience all around.

I was trying to get this setup and working through the chat at first, I have been on Walmart and am still on Walmart and my Consumer ID and Private Key that were coming from Walmart kept showing up as invalid. So went to a phone call. They are from outside the US and the call was very choppy, along with the language barrier made it very difficult to accomplish anything. So long story short, I am going to try and find another integration partner. This one as far as I can tell may be good once you set up, but the setup process is so onerous that I wasted almost a day trying to get it done.
Hi Shane, The Consumer ID and Private Key is extracted from Walmart and the app match it to configure the app with Walmart. The invalid error is from Walmart when they are unable to match the keys. This happens sometime but as you were connected with us on a LIVE chat this was fixed at the same time.
