Top notch support. Typically replies almost instantly. Switching from Shopify inbuilt connector, and Ced is much better. We have had almost every order with the shopify app transfer days later after fulfillment resulting in terrible metrics on walmart. Hopefully with Ced it will improve, as their app seems to be well thought out and functions how it is supposed to. Setup was fairly easy, with prompt support to questions that I had. We seem to be fully up and running now.

Prashant was VERY helpful on the support side helping me to setup this app for the very first time. I will continue to use it during my free trial to see how it goes. As for the app, it looks straight forward not looking to complicated.

I just installed this today and I have been trying to figure out how to set it up. As I had some problems of my listings not showing up on Walmart, I contacted customer chat service. Yasmeen was so helpful and helped me update some of the product listings. It's so good to know that I have access to customer service anytime and they response fast!

Was using the Marketplace Connector application but ran into an issue where you can't designate which location your inventory was coming from for Walmart connection. CedCommerce Walmart solves that issue by allowing you to designate locations so that only your inventory in a specific location (non-amazon mcf) will appear on Walmart!

I am most of the way through getting my products onto Walmart Marketplace, and the service on this App has been fantastic. I am able to sync through my Shopify which makes it so much easier to track and manage!

One of the best overseas companies I ever worked with. 24/7 customer service. Seamless integration of my Shopify items into the Walmart marketplace. Very Knowledgable staff and helped me almost double my revenue with Walmart. Anyone that is not using this integration would be foolish. I would give them 6 stars if I could. I have tried many Apps for building from Shopify to Walmart. NONE of them works as well as this one. It was never going to be easy but the Ced app makes it as easy as it possibly can be. And for any problems, they are always on hand and very helpful. I am now about to try the Amazon app fro Ced also.

great tech support. switched from another app that took 24 hour to get support to ask me a question and then 24 hours to respond to my answer only to ask another questions. Fast support here.

The CedCommerce Walmart Connector is a great way to get exposure and sales in a huge commerce channel while leveraging all the hard work you put in to your Shopify ecommerce site. It can be a little daunting getting all of the parts to sync, but the Tech Support from CedCommerce has been exceptional. They responded immediately, addressed problems and fixed them quickly. And they were a wealth of knowledge on the integration and process to work with Walmart. Great app...great suuport. Highly recommend!
