It works well. needs some updating. very easy to get up and running. just read and use common sense.

Horrible horrible horrible! This is the second time Walmart has told me that I can sell in their platform and then decided to take it back without a notice! Very horrible way to do business. Also app won't uninstall!

So far, my experience is just ok. I'm a new and inexperienced seller/entrepreneur yet I am very determined to be the best in the near future. I'm here without a good budget but I am willing to invest and challenge myself in this area. Just quit my full-time job to be a Walmart Seller and staying home mom. I hope this is right for me...I hope that Walmart will be there to help me reach my dream goal!

I am far from novice with computers, listing on line and graphics, but this has been a very difficult app. If you don't know spreadsheets (and the hoops you have to jump through to get Walmart to accept them when you upload) then you're stuck with this ap through shopify. Even here, it's a giant pain! I have since signed on to 10 other popular retail stores, as I get very few sales on shopify or Walmart anyway, and they charge more than everyone except amazon. Strangely, most of my sales come from the easiest sites to set up on! Go figure. You would think Walmart would have a more user friendly way to post to their site. I'm sure they are missing out on a lot of merchants $. Get with the times guys! No one learns spreadsheets anymore, and the last 8 things I tried to list on walmart through shopify say there are errors, but none to be fixed when I go into the ap to change it and publish it. So, epic fail! I will be dropping shopify soon, and likely walmart marketplace. They charge 15% and are nearly impossible to list on, and even when I do, my sales are minimal. I had expected so much more!

This app takes a lot to configure but the outcome for people finding your items and with the correct category, search ability and product configurations. It takes time to get it right the first time.

Wouldn't advise at all. Approved me to sell then denied me for no reason and restricted my account. Worst app literally

Some Orders are being canceled stating out of stock, some orders are being automatically fulfilled, and my metrics are a hot mess because nothing is syncing properly!

The setup from Shopify was quick for the registration, it's the other part that was difficult. I got the message to go to seller central to launch, but there was no other information on how I'm proceeding from there to launch. I had to go to YouTube to get information on how to do so. But this itself was not an easy step.

This app is horrendous on the technical side. Many errors that cause a lot of frustration and wasted time. I really wanted to like this app to make publishing products on Walmart easy and in today's world it should be flawless and user friendly, but this app is completely opposite. When you try and get help through Shopify, they direct you to Walmart. Shopify can't fix the issue because it is a 3rd party app run by Walmart. Once you finally get in touch with someone at Walmart...it is someone overseas who does not understand or have the capability to resolve the problem. They usually completely ignore your questions/inquiry and provide you with some answer that doesn't make sense. It would be nice if they could get these issues fixed because once we do get products finally published, we do get significant sales through Walmart Seller Marketplace. These guys are trying to compete with Ebay and Amazon, but are light years behind. Get a good IT team and some good leadership and maybe they can turn this around. It would be nice to see. Update: Just received an alert on 1/19/23 that "Walmart Marketplace is outdated. This app is outdated and will no longer function after Wednesday, September 6, 2023. Contact the app's developer to update the app" Update: 2/1/2023. As of 1/27/23 The app has stopped working. Every time we try to publish a product it states "Item Is Ready To Publish" and will publish momentarily...however the products do not publish. The app and Walmart have some API issue and things are not syncing. We have contacted their customer support numerous times and so far have received no help. It is beyond ridiculous at this point as this was the best method for us to onboard products onto Walmart Seller. For a multi-billion dollar company, I don't understand why they can't fix this. It is not just us having problems. I really hope you find a fix for this Walmart

Well customer support is practically dead. Wrote them an email thru shopify and no one responded. Tried calling a number that called me when I was in the process of setting up my account, called that number back seversl times and left a voicemail and no one called me back. It is practically impossible to reach them. Honestly don't even wanna sell my products on their platform anymore. I'll take my business to Amazon and Etsy.

The ap is not working as stated. Deleted Items are loaded. New Items do not appear. After I select category there is still No edit button and publish is whited out.

This app keeps telling me our application is under review and a decision will be made within 2 weeks. However we have already been approved and finished all check list items. This app isnt updating back to shopify. Its also nearly impossible to contact walmart seller support.

Can someone tell us how we can update spec "V4X"? If we are Walmart Marketplace App user, why can't this be updated automatically?

HELP! I can't seem to get through to any support team members. Shopify sends to Walmart support, and Walmart support sends me to Shopify support. Very frustrating. #sendpuppiesandsupport

This sales channel works well most of the time. I will occasionally get an order that fails to transfer from Walmart to Shopify. When this happens there is usually an email notification about the order not being acknowledged. I then have to process the order through the Walmart Seller Central. The current concern is with the API update. I have been receiving emails about the item spec change from 3.2 to 4.0. It states that October 1, 2022 their system will quit working with Spec 3.2. I am assuming I am receiving these emails because the current sales channel on Shopify uses the older spec.

I have spent hours on chats and email to try and figure out why this app will not upload all my new products. Gives me an error message that it's on the Walmart side yet on the phone with Walmart for about an hour and they never received the file. Did a test with a manual upload to Walmart with one new product and it worked. Just not auto from Shopify to Walmart. My older products update fine. Just can't get it to grab new ones.
