It’s easy to set up, and I like that it runs in the background without needing my attention. However, I had a minor issue where the warm-up paused unexpectedly, and I had to contact support. They were quick to respond, but I wish there were an alert system to notify me.

It feels weird seeing random emails appear in my inbox at first, but after reading up on warm-up processes, it makes total sense. WarmInbox does all the heavy lifting in the background, and I don’t have to stress about my emails landing in spam once I start sending.

Setting up WarmInbox was easy, and I liked that some details were prefilled during the process. However, it would be even better if it could automatically prefill SMTP settings based on the email provider. I had to look up the details myself, which wasn’t a big deal, but it would make setup even smoother. Other than that, everything is running well so far.

I like that WarmInbox is separate from my cold email tool. It just focuses on warming up the inbox without interfering with my actual outreach. This way, I don’t have to worry about adjusting any settings or mixing up warm-up emails with my real campaigns. Everything runs in the background, which makes it really convenient.
