We installed this app to fix our email spam issues, and it actually worked. Open rates jumped, and customers are finally seeing our emails. Wish there were a bit more control over the warm-up speed, but overall it’s doing the job.

So far, so good. My inbox is getting traffic, and I haven’t had any issues. The only thing I’d like to see is a way to integrate this with my outreach tool to get a better overall picture of my email performance.

It’s easy to set up, and I like that it runs in the background without needing my attention. However, I had a minor issue where the warm-up paused unexpectedly, and I had to contact support. They were quick to respond, but I wish there were an alert system to notify me.

WarmInbox does a good job of warming up my email, and I can see emails landing in my inbox, which helps build credibility. My only small complaint is that I wish there were an option to adjust the warm-up speed manually instead of following a fixed schedule. Other than that, it’s been working as expected.

Setting up WarmInbox was easy, and I liked that some details were prefilled during the process. However, it would be even better if it could automatically prefill SMTP settings based on the email provider. I had to look up the details myself, which wasn’t a big deal, but it would make setup even smoother. Other than that, everything is running well so far.

I like how everything is automated, but I’d love some notifications or a weekly summary about my progress. Right now, I have to log in to check things, and it would be more convenient to get updates directly.
