We had the app installed and subscribed to Pro on their website and starter in Shopify apps. It does the most basic of operations and is not very user friendly- at least not for us. After about an hour or so we decided it was frustrating and went back to quickbooks. Although the 1 star isnt because of the product being frustrating to use, it was because no offer of a refund or automatic refund of my money for the pro subscription for only trying it out for an hour or so. I went to their support pages to contact them about the refund, but it takes you to a page that says "how support works" then says contact them through your account. That would be great if when you cancel your account you dont get locked out the second you did it. So no refund... and no "oh you paid for this so we will let you use it until the subscription ends" no just "here's the door, see yourself out, and we are keeping your money too."

The app only synced basic transactions. Tried to reach out to support and got no response. minimum 100 characters

Thank you for taking the time to review our app. For clarity to others reading this review, unfortunately there was a delay of a few days in getting back to your email due to the New Year's weekend and public holidays. My sincere apologies for that! We have responded to your question via email, together with a generous free trial extension offer. Please let me know if you haven't received it. In regards to the app "only synced basic transactions" - we currently support the synchronisation of all Shopify orders (including historical orders), customers, and payouts.
