this is the best app i've tried with whatsapp confirmation messages, great customer support as well.

This application has become one of the most impactful tools in improving our operations at Zietoon. Once a customer places an order, the app automatically sends a confirmation message allowing the customer to either confirm or cancel. This feature has significantly reduced manual follow-ups and saved us a tremendous amount of time. The system also automatically tags confirmed orders and cancels orders if the customer fails to respond within the set timeframe, which has greatly minimized fake or unconfirmed orders. Additionally, the latest updates introduced powerful new features, including: Structured and accurate shipping status updates Efficient out-of-stock product management Additional enhancements that noticeably improved overall order management Honestly, the app exceeds expectations and deserves an outstanding rating. We highly recommend it to any business looking to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

I uninstalled the app and still got charged.
Sorry for your experience. Please note that Shopify handles app billing, and billing may continue if the free trial period has already ended before uninstalling. Once it appears on our end, I will be happy to process a refund for you. Best regards
