Whapi: WhatsApp API Automation

One of the best WhatsApp automation apps I've tried on Shopify. I'm using it for abandoned checkout recovery, COD confirmations, order updates, also customer support is awsome. Highly recommend it for any store.

This application has become one of the most impactful tools in improving our operations at Zietoon. Once a customer places an order, the app automatically sends a confirmation message allowing the customer to either confirm or cancel. This feature has significantly reduced manual follow-ups and saved us a tremendous amount of time. The system also automatically tags confirmed orders and cancels orders if the customer fails to respond within the set timeframe, which has greatly minimized fake or unconfirmed orders. works fine and very smooth, would just suggest you add english with store name ( and both languages at the same time too ); and would love to see you allowing a whatsapp business API link to allow integration with the business phone number.
