We installed kool app for our notification and customer communication needs. We had some issues when we started using it, the team was very helpful and the customer service was very good. They solved the issue as soon as possible. The response time of the team is great - they are very quick to respond. They are also in contact with you via email and WhatsApp, so it makes it really easy to connect with the support team when support is needed. The app is perfect for our needs and we highly recommend Cool notification for all your notification and customer communication needs.

(5/5) This app is better than others that I was using, there is not app with better prices per message that this one. The support team could configurate my WhatsApp number with their WhatsApp Business API. I love the easy that I can configurate my templates and change it the times that I want in a few minutes. I request for additional features and the team is working to achieve it. I have a few days using it and I have not problem with the app, our store send thousands of messages per day.

I was anxiously looking for an app that can send automated WhatsApp notification to my costumers and this app definitely does it so well. I have finalized to use Twilio gateway, and Team helped me with the complete onboard setup. Twilio and app pricing are cost-effective. Besides this, it is also helping me so much with my abandoned carts recovery. I would definitely recommend this app. It's a must-have app for your Shopify Store. Thank you
