I was skeptical at first, but WhatFlow actually made WhatsApp on Shopify feel effortless. My replies are faster and customers love the quick updates.
Really loving this app! It has a fantastic feature set and integrates seamlessly with both Shopify Flow and Meta WhatsApp Business Manager. Setup was a bit tricky at first, if your WhatsApp number is already linked to Shopify, make sure to disconnect it before setting up this app. That said, customer support is top-notch! They helped me resolve my setup hurdles and quickly fixed a bug I ran into along the way. Once configured, it works like a charm. I'm excited to see how the app evolves and am hoping for better mobile usability in future updates!

been using this app for a while. customer service team is great at handling queries. the official api works perfectly. this app has helped me carry out large customer base promotional messages which wasn't possible with other apps. highly recommended.
app have some technical issues sometime but they are supportive to work on the issue and solve it still under testing but app works perfectly now
