This app has been exactly what we needed for handling our order tracking and recovering checkouts. The automation works perfectly in the background and saves us a lot of manual work. What really impressed me, though, is that their customer support is so good! They are super responsive and incredibly helpful whenever we've had a question. Highly recommend it.
