The messaging feature works okay so far, but it needs improvement. The biggest issue is that when a confirmation message is sent to the customer, it only appears in their chat and not on our end. As a result, when they confirm or cancel, we only see their response, and we have no way of knowing which order it refers to or what the order number is.
