Good app for international stores. We serve customers in multiple countries and being able to send WhatsApp messages in their local language has improved our customer satisfaction significantly. The app is reliable and messages are delivered instantly. Only wish there were more template customization options, but overall very happy.

Recovered 12% of our abandoned carts in the first month! The WhatsApp reminders are way more effective than emails. Customers actually read and respond to WhatsApp messages. The app integrates seamlessly with Shopify and the automation works perfectly. Worth every penny for the cart recovery alone.

Great app for automating WhatsApp order confirmations! We've been using Whatify for 3 weeks now and it's saved us so much time. This app has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I was charged for a plan that didn’t even work, and when I contacted support, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to pay a second time with a promise that the first payment would be refunded. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. I ended up being charged twice for a non-working service, and despite multiple follow-ups, I received no refund and no proper resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Paying for something that doesn’t work is bad enough—but being misled into paying again with a false refund promise is unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend this app to any Shopify store owner. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

WhatsApp Restricted! As i scan the connection QR code with my WhatsApp business, my whatsapp business get restricted. do not install this app, it feels spamy.

WhatsApp scan not working since 2 and half week, poor customer service, very late response
