This app has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I was charged for a plan that didn’t even work, and when I contacted support, instead of resolving the issue, I was asked to pay a second time with a promise that the first payment would be refunded. Unfortunately, that promise was never fulfilled. I ended up being charged twice for a non-working service, and despite multiple follow-ups, I received no refund and no proper resolution. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Paying for something that doesn’t work is bad enough—but being misled into paying again with a false refund promise is unacceptable. I strongly do NOT recommend this app to any Shopify store owner. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

Instale para realizar pruebas y desinstale la app y resulta que me hicieron el cobro correspondiente a la mensualidad. NO se utilizo el servicio y me rebajaron. Espero me contacten de soporte para resolver +506 89270180 o el correo [email protected]

WhatsApp Restricted! As i scan the connection QR code with my WhatsApp business, my whatsapp business get restricted. do not install this app, it feels spamy.

The most pathetic service , because my business whatsapp got restricted, and I can never get back my data and my business whatsapp.

I have repeatedly tried to link the company's WhatsApp business account to my account with you, but unfortunately, I receive an error message from WhatsApp saying that the phone number cannot be connected and it asks me to 'check my connection,' as if there is no internet, even though I am fully connected. I am afraid that if I try again, my WhatsApp number might get blocked.

First they say I get abandoned cart automation with 2.99$ subscription, and when I install the app they require 49,99$ subscription for that.
