The best tool to automate the retargeting and confirmation process. It is very easy to set up and work with a large team. Integration is easy and quick with the available apps. The only issue I am facing is fewer contact options with the team in case of any technical help and less availability to integrate with other tools available for marketing like payment gateways, checkout pages etc.

The Interakt WhatsApp Marketing app on Shopify is fantastic! It's super easy to use and has helped boost our engagement by connecting with customers through WhatsApp effortlessly. Highly recommended! They must add phone support also for quick connect. Rest is good.
