very bad service , i switch to plan for automated messages but its not working , and their support system is very bad , i am trying to contact with them from past 5 days but they are only mail me some points which is not working to solve the issue , and also billing is started that means i paying them daily for doing nothing , its a disgusting , if you think , this is a fake review then contact me 8386925871 , i am open to save you from this fraud company

This app used to work better before. Recently switched back to it and the experience has been the complete opposite as it was before. They removed the Starter option and recently introduced a wallet option and it is not working for my profile. It has been 3 days since the issue has been reported. Still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

website par whatsapp button lagana itna hi zaruri hai to aap logo ne apni website https://interakt.ai par whatsapp button ko add kyun nahi kiya hai? aap whatsapp blue tick verification ki bhi baat karte ho aap logo ka blue tick vale account par reply bhi nahi dete ho, wallet me balance add nahi ho raha screen shot aur video bhi mail kiya par 2 din se koi reply nahi aaya. ham to chhote business vale hai 500, 1000 ka hamara customer hota hai agar whatsapp button add nahi karenge to hame koi itna bada lose nahi jayega lekin aap logo ke liye to ham bade customer hai na aap to achhe se customer ka support kariye.

I am from Skyborn after installing this app it didn't help me my money has lasted My manager is Siddesh no one can help me to give so much money no support and my WhatsApp account is also closed After installing this app Can't msg customers from this app It is a very useless app Please guys don't install this app

If you do ecommerce in a Country that is heavily dependent on WhatsApp for communication, then you should get this app. The automated greetings, notifications, and updates, added to the cart conversion have really improved our customer relations and our order processing has become almost seamless. I am very happy with Interakt.

Support has been given quickly after raising a ticket. Support team is knowledgable and helpful to remove my inconvenience. Explained the system in a very clear words. UI/UX has been very smooth to use of. Hopeful for the good experience ahead.

Abandoned Cart Notification campaign that is supposed to nurture the prospects who leave their cart doesn't work. I have raised ticket with interakt support since 14.02.2023 and Interakt is not able to resolve the problem. Moreover, they have even stopped responding to my communications now. Once the customer creates a cart, the message to checkout on shopify store is also not getting triggered. All in all, It has a lot of bugs/glitches in terms of its functionality which their team also struggles to resolve. Only email support is available and their response time is extremely uncertain. The UI is very very poor!!

The platform is really simple and easy to use! Rahul & Akansh helped me through the onboarding and set up over a few calls and looked into all the queries I had to set up my store campaigns, add users, templates etc. Would definitely recommend using their services.

Shopify migration was quick. It's a great user-friendly app, that works really well. The support provided was good. Personally liked the abandoned cart recovery feature.
