i am not using the application only i install and few hour after i remove the app they will raise a bill this app is not good.

The interface is impossible to use and feels non functional. They ask to add a small amount to get started, and then you are still not able to send abandoned cart messages. Seems fraud. The ratings are high but reviews are all negative. So it is fishy.

This app is so difficult to use you can not use it even for trial basis without paying were difficult to get hold of customer care. worst 250rs spend ever! I do not get how they are giving use shopify chat its just the worst!

I've not getting whatsapp messages recently and realized that app is not working and seen on my website. When I cheched it that it is requesting a payment monthly. what a pity.
Respected Sir, Whatsapp is 1000 billion dollar company. they offer whatsapp free to all. in return what they get?? We all have become sales target for whatsapp and they push marketing msg and get money. we wont do any such thing ever to our customer. so we charge little to manage server price. Remember, if you get something free then you are the product.

Son unos ladron@s, instalas la aplicación 10 minutos y te cobran casi 4€, después no te responden a nada, ni a los correos ni a los mensajes, nada. Te roban tu dinero por una aplicación que no vale para nada. Shopify tampoco se hace responsable del cargo que me hicieron. Ladron@s de vergüenza
In listing page it is very clear that app is free for development store only. Noone can offer free software. It requires huge amount of work as well as server cost which does not come free of cost

No es lo que prometen y se instala automaticamente otra aplicación llamada Pushdaddy WhatsApp, Live Chat, que hace un cobro automatico. Nada de la app funciona

This plugin gave me a terrible experience. I tried to close the subscription, but unfortunately I couldn't find the close page. I tried to email the developer to ask how to close the subscription, but no one responded.

i am frustrated by people . used app for free for 4-5 years and lter gave 1 star. can u give ur product free of cost ??

I have asked time and time again for help as I cant get it to work on SMS for Abadoned Carts, or Emails. And the credit is going down but there doesnt seem to be any SMS happening so why is the credit reducing.

Malisima app, ni bien la instalo me lleva al checkout para suscribirme y pagar automaticamente, no me deja configurar nada. Dice que es gratis pero lo primero que te llevan es a la pagina de cobro, ya intente varias veces cambiar y nada

Use la app sin problemas pero ahora me quieren cobrar cargos adicionales y no entiendo a que se debe eso. No puedo editar la información si no realizo el pago. ¿Podrán ayudarme a resolverlo?
