It's fairly good for a free app -- but what would make it especially useful, would be putting the most recent messages at the top of the live chat, rather than forcing you to scroll endlessly, looking to see if anyone new has contacted you.
we are looking into this issue. we are new in live chat and we expect some bugs. thanks for reporting. you can directly chat with us through whatsapp also given in app dashboard

App seems to work great, but really hard to look through all of the settings because there are so many requests EVERYWHERE to leave a customer review, really distracting

The FB messenger option is not showing in the app due to the menu not displaying correctly. The menu is not very user-friendly and buggy. Waiting for support to fix the issue.

Es regular, muy básico, no lo recomendaria para un uso realmente profesional, ya que es sumamente viejo su diseño, les funcionaria mucho el volverlo más amigable y facil de usar.

I used this app for launching whatsapp marketing with the existing customer and new customer. It is a useful app.

Very difficult UI to understand. THe navigation can be simpler. Too many variable to check. It can be certianly easy.
You dont need to check anything. just give your number and save. app will do best automatically. we give lots of options for advance users who want to customize everything

We integrated whatsapp chat using this. Its smooth and wonderful. We would be experimenting with their other features. The User interface is not clean and is confusing. They can surely work on it and remove the unwanted and non working stuff from there.

Dont push for paid upgrade for the application.
