Use la app sin problemas pero ahora me quieren cobrar cargos adicionales y no entiendo a que se debe eso. No puedo editar la información si no realizo el pago. ¿Podrán ayudarme a resolverlo?

Funciona pero la aplicación es horrible y demasiado complicada para configurar, definitivamente hay mejores opciones.

A very confusing setup. Constantly redirects to different pages, incomprehensible pricing. It may be doing its job, but I won't know because many difficulties with installation

design very confusing. trying to set the cart recovery again but cant find my temlate, the one that i'm using. whatsup is o.k also need to improve dsign to a simple one and easy to use and understant how to activate. in short- your instruction design is unfreindly. thank you

As a result, users may experience frustration or confusion during the setup process.

Chato demais para configurar, ficam aqueles botoes do lado sobre a pagina atrapalha muito sem falar que a pagina fica rolando sem parar e nao achei onde fixar o botao apenas no fim da pagina e nao nela toda

You get forced to rate with on-site scrolling. I can't judge if the app is good. We'll be able to share if we used it. For annoying pushing for reviews, I give 2 stars.

Chat do not start in front office, backoffice is very hard to learn and use, my number insert 3 times yet, but still now do not show.

The "link" from my webshop to whatsapp doesn't work. So clients can not contact me from a mobile phone... what is the problem and how can we fix this???

es complicado de configurar, tarda en actualizarse o verse reflejados los cambios, se regresa al home cuando estoy configurando
