No option for just a Whatsapp button with automatic redirection to Whatsapp chat. I wish you would add an option for that, not all stores need a bot.
11 types of chat is thew. One is direct chat choose that and hit save. Apart from hat remember mobile and desktop option are different. So make sure for both mobile and desktop u choose direct chat.

esta facil de configurar y muy completa haora toca probar con clientes que tal funciona en caso de que todo este bien dejare la calificacion tal cual, si no actualizare.

Me parece una muy buena aplicación pues te da la oportunidad de vincular tu cuenta de WhatsApp directamente en tu tienda y puedes programar los carritos abandonados para aumentar tus ventas, la recomiendo.

Funciona muy bien, muy intuitiva y totalmente gratis, sin planes de suscripción de ningún tipo. Considero que es lo mejor, instalar una app de whatsapp para estar siempre operativo y no perder al cliente.

After set the time zone, and the office hour time duration, still receive the 'office hour message' instead of the 'after-hour' message. For other functions, it works perfectly! This whatsapp app is excellent!
