I really like it. Simple and intuitive. The only thing is that we should be able to place the icon wherever we wish. Still, it does the job.

The instructions are messy. Bad translation into English. Setting up is a chaos. No structure. Whatsapp works and now trying to get abbandoned cart to work.

Super easy to install and customize. Have not used it on the live site yet, but so far, so good! Might come back with more info later on, we'll see.
