User interface is horrendous. Very difficult to navigate and actually understand what you are setting up. Descriptions in English are poorly written. They have also plastered callouts about their app all over the setup screen, such as "NO XYZ.COM". I wanted to like this app, but no, it did not work for me.

Non intuitive / Non efficient - Hard to set up, I pass few hours on it for approximatly nothing. The app doesn't work well

I only had this app 24 hours, and they stole me my money. Before to pay to Shopify and I desactived recovery cart, but they said that app sent a lot of messages. So the app has problems to obey new instrucctions. Stole me with their app. Take care.
chat is free, 100% and abandoned cart features are optional. even we give 0.5$ test credit where you are not being charged. you paid 4.99$ and used 7.2$. we have even shared all contacts where you sent the messages. these messages are not free. whatsapp charges for automated messages to stop spam and in no way they will refund us once we consume. so there is no way we can refund as the cost is third party cost and once used its real cost to us.

The page layout is confusing and I cannot figure out how to use it or what I'm doing. I deleted it once, added it again, and still don't understand.

App doesn't work on my theme. Reached out to support. Horrible experience. Support assumed I didn't know how to Save settings and that's why whatsapp button wouldn't appear on my site. Ended up deleting the app.
Dear Sir, this app is being used by huge no of stores and 100% free without any POWERED BY XYZ. over the time we have experienced that issue that people dont save and come to us for help. the disadvantage with 100% free app is limited resources. everyone wants free but they dont feel how we will provide support if it is 100% free to huge no of stores. it might be cache issue.

While using app my webpage doesnt show products with multiple optiosn, i delete the app and all wotks normal, the app has some code that force web to crash.

so annoying and not helpful! how can I rate the app before using it!?!?! there is no way to make edit, only start from beginning and the rate pop up is just frustrating, I removed it!

The worst customer support. Owner gave the contact number but they never reply or take calls. I paid 9.99 $ twice but to no use. not even single cart is recovered.

Funciona pero esta bastante mala la configuracion y opciones, no la recomendaria en general. Mejor intentar con alguna otra app.

I have installed this app. But the list departments feature is not working on my store. I reached out to the support team but nobody is replying after the first discussion.

the app is not working properly, some customers were able to send me messages, some did not. and customer service, to say the least rude and non-resolving. bye Bye
