I just downloaded this app and it is very simple to use. Still trying to figure out how to get the URL to show up so I know what item the customer is asking about, this will make operator faster to response to the needs of customer. Over All +

Excellent app, reliable and stable. Some minor usability improvements could be important since there is too hard lo locate the icons to work on PC and Mobile.

Está todo muy bien explicado, es super sencillo de instalar y configurar, todavía no ha reconocido mi tienda (todavía no la he lanzado) , pero en cuanto lo haga les informaré. Muy útil . Gracias. Experiencia satisfactoria.
