Es una muy buena herramienta de trabajo, nos ayuda mucho a responder mensajes con los clientes. La idea es que nunca paren de mejorar. gracias

Es un chat muy practico para comunicarse con los clientes de forma ágil, como oportunidad de mejora es la facilidad de configuración. Por ejemplo el eliminar el icono de compartir.

Multi language is difficult. I need to put both Japanese and English on same text line. And sometime error happen, when I puch save bottan.

Funktioniert prima, die Designauswahl ist gut und das ganze ist sehr flexibel. Etwas zu viel bunter Schnickschnack in der Konfigurationsoberfläche. Deshalb 4 Sterne.

Es scheint alles zu funktionieren. Hab allerdings noch nie so viele Bewertungsaufforderungen gesehen wie in dieser App. Hab noch gar nicht alles getestet

took my a while to understand app setting and it is refresh itself pretty a lot... but it worked and the design options are pretty. chat was helpful. good app.
App refreshes in 300 second. And that too for auto saving. Giving 2 hours to one customer that too for basic setting is not possible. We see here to help for issues, bugs, new ideas but for basic setup, we can't provide 2 hours help to each. This app is free so we have limited resources. Above all you were messaging at mid night and we tried to help but you wanted to do everything from our end. That is not possible at mid night
