no puedo calificar algo que no he usado todavía, no veo el apuro por que los califiquen. Además me obligan a escribir los caracteres que Uds. quieren, no los voy a calificar bien simplemente porque no he usado su aplicación.

so annoying and not helpful! how can I rate the app before using it!?!?! there is no way to make edit, only start from beginning and the rate pop up is just frustrating, I removed it!

I used this app and it helped me download into my shopify website for whenever a customer inquire about my products.

Confusing, still trying to make my way around it and the request to rate is keep popping up. Not helpful. Let us do the setup properly first then you can ask for rating, then we can give you meaningful feedback as opposed to annoying rating just for the sake of your rating number.

Funciona pero esta bastante mala la configuracion y opciones, no la recomendaria en general. Mejor intentar con alguna otra app.

Over complicated design for a single button. What ever I tried it didn't work. All I wanted is to have a floating button by pressing one WhatsApp will be open.

I have installed this app. But the list departments feature is not working on my store. I reached out to the support team but nobody is replying after the first discussion.

I using Debutify 2.0.2 theme, I do everything no publish at my site. I email you all no reply at all. from may 2020 until today no reply.

the app is not working properly, some customers were able to send me messages, some did not. and customer service, to say the least rude and non-resolving. bye Bye

es una aplicación que no funciona perfectamente, el unico problema es que no le han dedicado tiempo al diseño y es un poco desordenada... y muy mal diseñada, estoy hace tres dias tratando de instalar el WhatsApp con muchísimos problemas

keep forcing to leave review while I am still configuring the apps. Please disable this because it is very annoying.
there was one issue. we tried to add some feature which created lots of good things but one bad issue. now we have solved this bug. thanks for reporting.
