Muy fácil de usar, instalar y cambiar todas las configuraciones de la aplicación, en escasos 10 minutos la tenía lista y funcionando. La recomiendo enormemente

We installed the application a little more than 15 days ago and although it is easy to configure and it works, there was no way to enter the reports to see the number of clicks and conversations started, for that reason we leave only 2 stars

Regarding your questions, unfortunately, you have to upgrade your plan to Premium to see the reports feature.
