We installed the application a little more than 15 days ago and although it is easy to configure and it works, there was no way to enter the reports to see the number of clicks and conversations started, for that reason we leave only 2 stars

Regarding your questions, unfortunately, you have to upgrade your plan to Premium to see the reports feature. Not working fine with the IOS mobile site. The chat button does not respond. Very buggy. Its works okay on windows chrome though. Long wait time to get support from the team, there is no chat support, only email and wait.

App is very easy to install, phone works great. However, the whatsapp function does not work. I am using a spanish number and used the +34 prefix. I would love to have some support here please.

Although the app is installed, i can't log in to configure the app, always takes me to the add app screen. waste of time
