Excelente herramienta para poder utilizar en Shopify, cuentas con varias opciones de comunicación como WhatsApp, Instagram entre otras. 100% recomendada :)

We installed the application a little more than 15 days ago and although it is easy to configure and it works, there was no way to enter the reports to see the number of clicks and conversations started, for that reason we leave only 2 stars
Hi there, First of all, we're very sorry to see you go, but we know the app may not work for everyone. Regarding your questions, unfortunately, you have to upgrade your plan to Premium to see the reports feature. ottimo per whatsapp. Un po meno chiaro l'utilizzo con altre piattaforme come facebook e linkedin. Forse un po più di documetazione im merito aiuterebbe.
