Although the app is installed, i can't log in to configure the app, always takes me to the add app screen. waste of time

The app is great, however I want the Facebook widget to work right inside the app pane instead of opening in a new window. Also, i want to customize the widget more, i want to make the widget size bigger on mobile, the distance from the bottom increases to 150. Because there are channels that only work on mobile but not on desktop (eg: Phone, SMS...), so I want each channel to have the option to watch on mobile or desktop or both. Thanks!

Clearly，and easy to set up. Also free and no add in it. For me, it is better than Whatsapp Chat + Messenger Chat

This app finally gets the job done! I have tried a couple of others apps, but this works just perfectly and out of the box. I really like the fact that you can translate every text within the widget (great if your language is not supported). Still, one small feature missing: the button label text should disappear after the chat was opened and then closed. There is no reason to keep it there after the user interacted with the chat. [SOLVED: within 1h that was my request was posted. Awesome support!]
