We had previously used Interakt, but this has been a much better experience overall. The platform feels more reliable, the support is far more responsive, and the AI features - especially intent detection, work much more effectively. The AI calling feature has also been a great addition for improving customer follow-ups. Since switching, we’ve seen around a 20–25% increase in conversions along with better customer engagement.

We were struggling with abandoned carts even after WhatsApp reminders. The AI call feature made a real difference.
