Being a non-technical team, their support is what really stands out , they proactively set up and manage everything for us, we don't have to worry about a thing. Anonymous visitor identification and AI calling feature is cherry on top. Pricing is very affordable compared to what we were paying earlier. Hats off to the Retner team!

The platform feels more reliable, the support is far more responsive, and the AI features - especially intent detection, work much more effectively.
