I am really struggling to get hold of the support, they dont respond. The first time it took a week and they advised that the issues were resolved after i had deleted the app.I then chose to try it again after receiving a whatsapp message from one of the founders that he was not able to respond as it was his wedding, however i chose to work with them again. Despite being on the upgraded plan i noticed by reviews were not being synced with Judgeme, causing havoc as our loyalty program is not issuing points for reviews left on Judge me. I reached out to support and Nafih advised that i need to upgrade. This was a few weeks ago, since then i had upgraded however no syncing of reviews took place. Im being charged for a service, however there doesnt seem to be any support on this app to day the least. I have sent an email to the founders and i am hoping they come back to me to resolve the issue. I do however get an impression that this is a very small company or a side line type of app which doesnt take any priority in terms of support for clients. So far im very disappointed and left looking for an alternative. However knowing what its like to have a small business i have provided ample opportunities for them to reach out to me or to resolve the issue, so far the silence is deafening....

I use this application for my e-commerce in Central America, because here everything is done by whatsapp. The reviewbit widget on the product page is really nice. The developers fix small problems quickly. Small downside: By default, customers have to make a choice to select an already written review. So we end up with a lot of similar reviews.

Recently started using the app and it is really helpful. Collecting reviews on whats app and publishing them on the website makes the process simple for customers and business owners. Had a few queries and the support team is extremely responsive. I received a call the same day itself and they solved my doubts within 2 minutes. Highly recommend Reviewbit ❤️

Reviewbit has excellent service - especially Nafih has done a great job helping us in setting up and receiving reviews. Highly recommend for Indian based business where Whatsapp is a key communication channel. This is a great, fungible app.

I am still learning how to utilize the app. Whenever I have questions, I just need to leave a message in the chat box and Nafih will reply almost immediately. With all the shortcomings, I am still able to increase my review in a short while! Objective met!

This app works wonderfully. The in-built templates are very useful are require very little modification. It's integration with judge.io is seamless! Got more reviews in 2 days of using the app than I had got in the last 2 years of my store!

The app is revolutionary. You will get reviews in a few days. It only needs support for multilanguage stores. And manage multiple stores from the same account/dashboard.

This is the only review collecting app that works with WhatsApp with the option for 5 ratings (1 to 5). Another app has just 3 ratings. Ideally this app should connect with my whatsapp customer care number to send the messages but other than that, it works really well!

This app completely solved the challenge we were facing in collecting reviews. We knew our product is good but we were not getting much reviews when we were using an app to request reviews over emails. But the moment we switched to this app, reviews started to trickle in. Had a couple of tecnical hiccups in the beginning but very well supported by the support team. They were very prompt. thanks!

Reviewbit is really helpful for seeking review from the customers who are lazy enough to go and post a review via link or the webpage itself. We are getting more reviews from our loyal customers than ever. The app has loads of features and customer service is great and prompt. They respond to your queries and resolve the most, never hesitant to take your feedback in a positive way and improvise further. Customers can select the rating, share the review body and images/videos as well. Amazing app that integrated in a single click with my existing JudgeMe. As we believe in only reviews from Verified users, one just need to share order details with the Judge Me directly and they put 'verified user' badge to imported Reviewbit reviews. The conversation messages sent to customers can be selected from lots of pre approved templates. It's a great value add on to our store. Will soon upgrade to paid version of it.

It has been a great app so far. It's the first one that has worked to successfully add reviews to my collection and website. An integration with stamped io works so now I not only get reviews, but they seamlessly sync to the website too! I love it. Also appreciate the really good customer support. They answer promptly and ensure that I am set up correctly to use the app correctly. Highly recommend it. Thank you!
