Hi there, Thank you for your feedback and for using our app! You can certainly use templates in Arabic. It is possible that we were unable to determine the languages that your store is using. To make sure that you are sending messages in the correct language, you can go to Shopify Admin Settings > Languages > Add language, and choose Arabic. When this language is active on your store and customers are using it to shop, they will receive order updates in that language. We appreciate your feedback, and we hope this helps! The WhatsApp Team
