Hi, I’m trying to connect our WhatsApp Business account to our Shopify store, but when I log in through Meta, I get the following message: “This Business Portfolio is subject to restrictions that may affect your ability to create or modify WhatsApp Business Accounts. Your business has been disabled for not complying with WhatsApp Business policies.” We are a verified business on Facebook and Shopify, and we simply need to connect our existing WhatsApp number to Shopify via the official WhatsApp by Meta integration. Could you please help me understand: Why our Business Portfolio was flagged or disabled? How we can reactivate or verify it to proceed with the Shopify connection?
