To be honest, the app is really good, but there are many bugs, and they happen frequently. I've only been using it for a week, and when a customer places an order, it's supposed to be sent automatically, right? Well, it's not. Instead, it sends the wrong template. I really don't see why it would be so difficult for the developers to fix this; they're clearly neglecting it. Besides that, it often sends mass messages that Meta detects as intrusive.
