Mirakk review for WhatsApp

Hi, I want to connect your app with my Shopify store for order confirmation. Everything is already set up, but the tags are not showing in the Shopify Orders section. I want to see which customers have confirmed their orders and which customers have cancelled them. I also contacted WhatsApp support, but I haven’t received any response.
