Utilizzo Whatsy da poco tempo nel mio store Shopify e devo dire che sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto. L’integrazione è semplice e veloce, il widget è elegante e funziona perfettamente sia da desktop che da mobile. Ma il vero punto di forza è l’assistenza. Il team è stato rapidissimo nel rispondere alle mie domande e mi ha aiutato passo dopo passo con grande professionalità e cortesia. Ho ricevuto supporto chiaro, dettagliato e soprattutto efficace. È raro trovare un servizio clienti così disponibile e competente. Consiglio assolutamente questa app a chi vuole migliorare il servizio clienti e aumentare le conversioni tramite WhatsApp. Ottimo lavoro!

This app is amazing! Super easy to set up and works seamlessly with my Shopify store. The WhatsApp chat integration helps me connect with customers instantly, answer their queries in real time, and build trust. I really like the customization options for the chat button to match my store branding. It also allows adding multiple agents which makes managing support so much easier. Customer service is very good and they respond immediately. I haven't had any problems with the app yet. It would be better if there is a photo adding feature instead of an avatar.
