WhatWali has been a game changer for us! We now send automated order confirmations, fulfillment updates, and abandoned cart recovery messages directly via WhatsApp, which our customers love way more than emails. Setup was incredibly easy, the automation saves us tons of time, and we're seeing better engagement and higher cart recovery rates. The free plan is generous to start, and the pricing is transparent and fair. If you want to connect with customers where they actually are (WhatsApp), this app is a must-have. Highly recommended!
