HORRIBLE. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE. THEY PROVIDE NO SUPPORT, AND THEY'RE REFUSING TO REFUND ME WHEN THE APP HASN'T BEEN WORKING FOR MONTHS...I ONLY NOTICED AFTER DOING A MANUAL CHECK. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Hi there, We’re sorry to hear you’re frustrated, but we’d like to clarify the situation for transparency. The app was installed and actively billed through Shopify’s recurring billing system for several months. During that time, it was not visible on your storefront due to a script on your site that blocked it from rendering correctly. This was not an app-side malfunction, and unfortunately not something we can automatically detect without manual investigation. Despite this, we issued a four-month refund as a courtesy, even though the app was installed, active, and incurring infrastructure costs on our end, and there was no obligation under Shopify’s policies to refund those charges. We strive to be fair and reasonable with all merchants, and we always encourage reaching out as soon as something doesn’t appear to be working so we can help resolve it quickly. We’re happy to assist with setup, troubleshooting, or preventing future charges at any time. We respectfully disagree with the characterization of this situation as a “scam,” but we appreciate the feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

The customer got a reply within 30 mins of the ticket opening, which was not satisfactory and said we are disgusting. Being in this space for over 8 years and catered to over 100K stores, this makes us sad as a project. People having bad days and just posting vulgar posts because of that, unacceptable.

Update: they reached out to me after seeing this review and rectified the situation. I still think there needs to be clear instructions on hire to stop the subscription since not all apps with that way. ——- There is no way to stop service on their platform, there is no contact information to get in touch with anyone, if you ever stop needing the app they will continue to charge you. SOMEONE GET IN CONTACT WITH ME ASAP.
