Zero support. Left me on read for hours even after I sent follow ups. Basic customer service does not exist.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE. THEY PROVIDE NO SUPPORT, AND THEY'RE REFUSING TO REFUND ME WHEN THE APP HASN'T BEEN WORKING FOR MONTHS...I ONLY NOTICED AFTER DOING A MANUAL CHECK. ABSOLUTE SCAM.
Hi there, We’re sorry to hear you’re frustrated, but we’d like to clarify the situation for transparency. The app was installed and actively billed through Shopify’s recurring billing system for several months. During that time, it was not visible on your storefront due to a script on your site that blocked it from rendering correctly. This was not an app-side malfunction, and unfortunately not something we can automatically detect without manual investigation. Despite this, we issued a four-month refund as a courtesy, even though the app was installed, active, and incurring infrastructure costs on our end, and there was no obligation under Shopify’s policies to refund those charges. We strive to be fair and reasonable with all merchants, and we always encourage reaching out as soon as something doesn’t appear to be working so we can help resolve it quickly. We’re happy to assist with setup, troubleshooting, or preventing future charges at any time. We respectfully disagree with the characterization of this situation as a “scam,” but we appreciate the feedback and wish you the best moving forward.
