I have not received any help since I reached out two weeks ago due to my net accounts not showing up correctly at checkout. Now when trying to check out the cart disappears. I am not happy with this as this is holding up my business. Update: Sophia reached out to me and assigned someone personally to help me set up my wholesale page. Ajay was very very help. He communicated with me and did a walk through with me to ensure that it was set up correctly. He also provided me with some advice on how to properly ensure that my customers were seeing what is needed when checking out. Thank you Sophia and Ajay!
I am very happy with the Wholesale Pro B2b Pricing App. It's exactly what I needed to serve my wholesale customers without having to sign up for Shopify Plus for $2,300 a month. The Wholesale Pro app has allowed me to create buckets with customer specific pricing that can be assigned to each customer account. Anytime I have questions, the team responds back with an answer and often a video showing me exactly how to do things in Shopify. I also like having the ability to chat with the team members when I am logged into my Shopify account. For the price, I knew I had nothing to lose so I tried it and succeeded. They have gone above and beyond to help me accomplish the goals for setting up my B2B accounts. I have to give the team credit where credit is due. We were looking for a solution to offer wholesale pricing to select customers on individual sku's. We needed this functionality to work both on the customer front end as well is on the back end for email and phone orders. Because we have a customized Shopify theme, the app didn't work as outlined above right out of the box. However, the team at Wholesale Discount Pro were very responsive and helpful in working with our developer team to get the app working for our needs. We're very pleased to see this company stood by their product and provided next level support to get it set up. Highly recommended, 5 stars all the way!

The app is stuck at the pricing page, this was after investing hours setting up the products in the app. The support has been spotty at best. (Will update if things get better)
