I’ve been using Wholesale Lock Manager for several years and it has worked really well for my business. As a small company with multiple pricing tiers, it helps ensure customers can navigate my website easily without accidentally accessing pricing that isn’t meant for them. The support team is fantastic. They always go above and beyond when help is needed and are incredibly quick to respond, which is very much appreciated. Used on a couple of our sites, can need some work to get it going depending on your theme/specific needs but the support is great and they worked with us on any issues quickly.

I have been using Wholesale Lock Manager for 4 years and never had an issue until tonight(Night before our new releases). We were trying to lock our new release page and it would not work. I reached out to their support team after hours and they were kind enough to help me with the issue I was having. They walked me through the steps I needed to take and the issue was fixed. This support group was amazing and I can't thank them enough!

This app has worked out great for us and their customer service is top notch. Shanna always responds to my email inquiries quickly and when I had some more complicated questions, Parth did a 30 minute call with me that answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Requires some custom snippets into Shopify Liquid but the app dev team did that with no muss no fuss when i asked. In our case, we use it to hide certain products unless a shopper is logged in and their customer account is tagged "b2b". This way we need to worry less about wholesale pricing showing up in the wild and raising a ruckus with our suppliers when we sell to other businesses instead of end consumer. Seems to work quite well. Hides products from Shopify Search really well.

I had an issue pop up that I needed assistance with and Karla was awesome at getting me the information needed to fix it and then followed up the next day to ensure all was good. Great service and app works great foe our needs as a wholesale website.
