I had an issue pop up that I needed assistance with and Karla was awesome at getting me the information needed to fix it and then followed up the next day to ensure all was good. Great service and app works great foe our needs as a wholesale website.

I highly recommend this app for two reasons: 1) The support team is very helpful (shoutout to Rohan), and 2) this is the best locking app on the shopify app market. Thank you very much to everyone on the support team for helping me build a user friendly experience on my website.

I have installed this app in my store and my Shopify theme needed to be tweaked to allow a certain function. Their response was extremely fast, and they were able to make the adjustment I requested. I even had another unrelated issue with my store which the staff here was nice enough to assist with . Mehak went above and beyond to help resolve an unrelated issue and I truly appreciate the phenomenal customer service and support. So far I am extremely happy with what this app does and recommend it to anyone looking for a wholesale lock for their store.

This app just plain works. It does what it says - and then some. Super easy to set up, super intuitive to use. We’ve got a lot of moving parts on the wholesale side of things, so we paired it with the Wholesale Pricing Discount app to open up even more flexibility. The two play nice together - no hiccups. Now the real kicker: the support team is top-notch. Fast response time, folks are friendly, and any issue we hit were handled right away without runaround. If you’re running wholesale like we are, this app makes your life easier. Simple as that. Highly recommend. Solid all around.

Initially, I believed my experience was unique, but after testing the product and reviewing other feedback, I am not surprised by the overwhelmingly positive responses. I was tasked with finding a solution to implement B2B functionality, specifically allowing selective product visibility based on customer login status. At first, I was discouraged upon learning that we might need to invest in the expensive Shopify Plus plan—an option that would make sense if business demand grew but felt overwhelming given the uncertainty of future sales. Knowing that Shopify offers a wide range of apps to enhance functionality, I came across Wholesale Lock Manager. After installing it—my first-ever Shopify app—I was impressed by how easy it was to set up. It worked seamlessly, allowing me to control access by collection, product, tag, and more. Initially, I was skeptical, expecting a catch, but it delivered exactly what I needed. I did encounter some challenges in configuring the rules—not due to complexity, but because I didn’t fully understand how inclusive and exclusive rules were applied when customers logged in. Fortunately, Mehak from the support team provided outstanding assistance. After reaching out, I not only received prompt responses but also personalized Loom videos explaining my setup and guiding me through the necessary adjustments. The support was thorough and continued beyond my initial inquiry, leaving me with multiple reference videos tailored to my actual site. If you are considering Wholesale Lock Manager or any of their other apps, I have no doubt you will receive exceptional and timely support from their team—especially Mehak.

A good solution to simply lock some parts of your shop regarding different customers profiles. Tech team always available and effective if you consider the time shift regarding your own area.

I had an issue with the lock app and reached out to their support team. They initially estimated it might take 24 hours to resolve, but they managed to fix it in just 12 hours! The team even got on a Teams call with me to better understand the problem. Their dedication and timely resolution were impressive. Chat support with Shanna when a cache issue broke how the lock worked was the most productive chat support I've ever had. They logged in, found the issue, gave me a solution, offered support for updating our current theme as well. Great customer service.

Super application ! Elle nous a permis de masquer certains produits aux clients B2C. l'integration est très rapide et Mehak est très réactive. L'application dans l'ensemble est très intuitive et il nous a été facile de masquer des produits ou des catégories entières du menu, des catégories et de la barre de recherche.

We had been accidently operating our B2B store with out realizing our clients could see other clients products and pricing, due to our locks not being correctly applied. Obviously this is not good. I contacted them and was able to get a resolution in an appropriate time frame. Great customer support.
