Support team never answer

Trying to reach someone for the 100th time when there are glitches in their app. We pay for a service that is actually making our wholesale orders harder. Someone please contact us ASAP.

The worst support, functionality, deliverables of any app ever purchsed on Shopify and there is no close second place. Truly horrific. Avoid this app like the plague.
We’re very sorry to hear this was your experience — that’s absolutely not the level of service we strive to provide. They are keen to help, but the app does not work on almost every point of view. currencies are a huge problem, as well as incompatibility with T&C checkbox at checkout etc. at least it's nothing for European international stores... what really fked me up extremely is that my live theme was edited and ruined. They were coding on my live theme even though i made them a backup !!!!! they made me lose SO much time
