We are still in the early stages of using this app but so far it has been great for what we need. We are on the gold plan, I have given 4 stars because there are still a couple of features/fixes we would like to see implemented and hope that they will be considered (stacking of rules, compatible integration with email, customisation that doesn't require code) but overall we are very happy so far. Customer service has been excellent, always quick to help us with our queries. Thank you

Great app, and fairly priced. The customer service is very friendly and helpful, and you speak with real people instead of chatbot.
