The application was excellent until I enabled the volume pricing feature, which is a crucial promotion for our store. However, the application is not applying the appropriate discounts, which hinders customer purchases. Currently, I am compelled to exert additional effort to retain customers due to the misleading nature of the application. It displays discounts on product prices, but when customers proceed to checkout, the prices remain unchanged. Consequently, customers are either compelled to pay the full product price or are unable to make a purchase and subsequently contact the business to inquire about the discrepancy in the discount. Therefore, I kindly request Sami to rectify this issue. While we are willing to invest in the application, we expect it to function as advertised with the additional features we have or will purchased.

The cart is only assigning the discounted wholesale price on the most recent item added to the cart. Have not been able to get support to respond for two days now. Today it says they are on a business trip. Going to look for someone else.

Had to abandon this app in favor of another as tech support was lacking. Nice people but insufficient support.

The app itself looked great but the quick order form didn't work on our store due to not being compatible with other apps installed - which is going to be a really common occurrence. You hope their dev team could help figure this out. The Sami team just said they couldn't help us so we had to delete the app. If the app works with your tech stack then I'm sure it could be great but cannot fully assess.

We always strive to meet all of our customers' needs, but sometimes the solutions proposed can be very difficult to implement, or there may be no solution at all. We understand that you are very dissatisfied because our app has not met your expectations and we also realize the significant and benefits if our app can work with other third party apps like you said.
