Wiio Dropshipping Fulfillment

Very very poor experience. I had an order placed by a customer on 18/06/2026, that is still unquoted to this date that I am writing this review. I have contacted customer service, but I cannot get any further than that. All I get is we sent your email to the team or that you have to wait. But the team does not bother to answer. I even requested escalation, but nothing. I will soon be deleting the app from the store. I cannot believe this is happening after I put all this effort into this to make it work.

For now, I'll give 4,5 stars, and if there are any improvements, I'll come back and edit it to 5 stars. I'll give a sincere review because I really want Wiio to be the best dropshipping supplier because of the attention they gave us. That's one of the key points: customer service gets a 10/10, price gets a 10/10, quality gets a 10/10, stock gets a 10/10, and they're very well organized. The only reason I haven't given everything a 5/10 yet is due to logistics; the loss of the AJ channel greatly affects everything else. In any case, Antia Jiang is my account manager, and I'm very grateful to her for her excellent work with us.

Great partner. Have been working with them for almost a year and the communication, clarity and assistance they provide is really good. Negotiations and packaging are things you shouldn't worry about. The team from Wiio is always there to help with an existing brand or with your new ideas and tests. They are great to arrange for items, shipments and get you not only the best prices but also the best timeframes for shipping. Whenever something lacks or you need more information they are responsive. Would highly recommend Wiio to partner up with!
