It's very easy for beginners to use, and the customer service is incredibly patient! This was my first time trying dropshipping, and initially I wasn't familiar with many of the features. My agent, Danika, was very helpful, patiently guiding me step-by-step through the setup and shipping process. He gave me a lot of advice and was consistently meticulous and attentive.
