I have been using the sister product "WiserNotify Social Proof Popup" for many years and was thrilled to learn that this experienced team has now created an app for reviews. WiserNotify Product Reviews covers many features you would expect from such an app, but what stands out is how easy and comprehensive it is to integrate into your own software stack. There are inbound and outbound webhooks and various integrations. This makes any type of integration possible, unlike other providers that often require specific email marketing tools. The team responds very quickly to questions and suggestions. I particularly appreciate the ability to sync reviews across multiple Shopify stores. While I find the Pro plan a bit pricey, I believe the order limit in the Essential plan should be increased to 300-500 orders, ensuring only larger shops fall into this category. For those shops, the cost of the Pro plan offers a good ROI.
