We could not get the app to work. I reached out to the company back in November asking for help. I got a reply back asking for us to give them authorization to our shop, which we approved. A few days later, we were told their app isn't compatible with the latest Shopify framework and they would be updating it. To this day, they never even once used their authorization to look into the problem, it shows that they have never logged on. We uninstalled the app after a frustrating lack of communication and progress. We have since moved on to another app that works perfectly.

We didn't use the login access as our support staff was made aware the fix will be rolled out to everyone versus fixing it in your shop alone. We always strive to support our customers to the best of our abilities, and we regret being unable to meet your expectations. I can confirm we rolled out the updates needed, and now the app is compatible with the latest Shopify framework. Again, we apologize that the app did not meet your expectations then. App is great for our store, support was excellent and very helpful even when we requested for help some time after first installation.

Great app that fitted our needs for one of our projects. It included lots of other features that our client loves. I reached out to their friendly support team for some help and they responded very promptly. They sorted out my problem as fast as they possibly could and kept me updated frequently. I'll defiantly be using this app again in future Shopify builds. In summary... Brilliant!

All of all wishlist related app, this Wishl Favorites Wishlist is very specifically cool for a very specific purpose. If you want to have different wishlist folder and designate your favorite product on the folder of your choice, this app is great. I want to see more advance features in the future regarding freedom to customize on user ends.

I have used it for awhile now and the customers love it. Will continue to use and support has also been good when I have had an issue.

Our Wishlist service went down temporarily on Friday and I reached out to support. We received an answer the same day followed by a prompt resolution. This was the first time the service has ever gone down for us in many years and Daniel's response was great. The service Wishlist provides is a great asset to any shop, it allows your customers to easily build & share their list. Customization allows many different employments to fit any style shop, could not recommend enough.

Perfect App and looks great. I tried another wishlist app with a lot more reviews but their developers couldn’t figure out how to install it with my site and kept getting conflicts. I uninstalled that app and downloaded this one. Had only one go round to get it installed and it’s flawless so far. Highly recommended!

I use the app for quite a while now. Does the job :) I would expect maybe some more development to better capture potential buyers. But otherwise no problem at all.

Wishl has been great for our store. The customers who create wishlists demonstrate a high level of intent and tend to have high conversion rates. It is also extremely valuable to be able to see some of the demand. We also use this as a tool to promote omni-channel selling. A few reasons why I knocked off a star : 1) While the app tells you the # of conversions, it does not list the specific transaction related to a wishlist conversion. This information would be very useful to build more targeted segments in email. 2) We would also love more customization within the email section. 3) Customer service could be more prompt.

Have been using for several months now and no complaints. Easy to set up and install. Our customers seem to enjoy it and I have heard no issues or complaints from them. Love it!

We've been using this app for a little over a month now and our customers love it. It's also great how smoothly it integrates with the Product Customizer app ( no other wishlist app was able to do this)! :)
